Torreón Capital LP provides Joint Venture Equity for development and repositioning projects in the retail, industrial, office and apartment markets.
Torreón Capital can provide equity funding for development projects located anywhere in the United States. Depending on the structure and credit of the tenants, we invest in projects that cost between $10 million to $50 million or more. Typically, we serve as a limited partner and depending on pre-leasing, provide up to 100% of the required equity for development projects. We can also provide equity funding on quality existing properties with upside for two to five year terms.
Torreón Capital provides flexibility in each project by working with the developer to create a competitive profit split and return that meets the needs of both parties. In addition, the developer keeps all development fees.
