Torreón Capital provides preferred equity and mezzanine financing for ground-up developments, value-added/repositioning or opportunistic acquisitions for developers throughout the United States. Torreón Capital's equity investments usually range in size from $5,000,000 to $20,000,000 but can go as low as $3,000,000 with total project costs as high as $100,000,000. Torreón Capital can provide up to 100% of required equity with investment terms generally of two to four years depending on pre-leasing status, current cash flows or project profile. Torreón Capital also provides mezzanine equity when the sponsor has significant equity in a project with pricing that reflects the sponsor's investment.
